Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout and products are sent out weekly. We are unable to take responsibillity for undelivered packages. We provide each order with a tracking number when it's shipped. Shipping within the European Union usually takes approximately 2 weeks, overseas shipping usually takes approximately 3-4 weeks - please keep in mind that shipping can also take longer due to COVID.

Undelivered packages will be returned to us. If you want we can send the package back to you for additional shipping charges, however we cannot offer refunds in such cases.

Returns and exchanges

We are unable to accept returns and exchanges outside of the Helsinki area in person. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Sizing

Sizing is standard men’s sizing. Most of the clothing is already pre-shrunk, but we suggest washing it in cold water and hang drying. Contact us at hello@veli.studio if you need further information related to sizing.
